CreditForCaring orders must be place on a smart device or computer. We do not accept phone orders.
You can purchase our products without a prescription. If you wish to file for insurance reimbursement please consult with your healthcare team to obtain a prescription and then submit your purchase for reimbursement to the insurance payer using the contact information on the insurance ID card.
Tracking Your Order
Order tracking can be viewed by logging into your CreditForCaring account and viewing My Account > Orders from the top navigation: https://www.thecaringapp.com/my-account/orders.
Refunds will be made back to the order credit card in twenty business days of receiving the items back to Medline Industries. Restocking fees due apply.
The prescription must be signed by a licensed health practitioner.
Carefully inspect your order packaging before opening. Unfortunately we cannot accept open or partially use products due to health restrictions and laws.
CreditForCaring shall initiate all appropriate paperwork on all returned items regardless of the reason for the product return. CreditForCaring will provide credit for any product returned due to shipping errors, product defects and product recalls. CreditForCaring will issue full credit provided that the product is returned within thirty (30) days and consumer incurs the return shipping costs. To receive full product credit (minus freight charges) for returns on orders shipped directly to the patient’s home, the package must be unopened and the return must be processed within thirty (30) days. Consumer or the patient will incur the shipping cost. The following restocking schedule would be in effect for returns due to reasons that are clearly the responsibility of the consumer.

Consumer or the patient will incur the shipping cost and the appropriate restocking fee. The following restocking schedule applies to all applicable returns that are deemed the responsibility of the consumer.
