No, Medline orders are shipped by FedEx Ground across the contiguous 48 States.

Do I need a prescription to order products and equipment?2019-12-18T11:28:08-05:00

You can purchase our products without a prescription.  If you wish to file for insurance reimbursement please consult with your healthcare team to obtain a prescription and then submit your purchase for reimbursement to the insurance payer using the contact information on the insurance ID card.  The prescription must be signed by a licensed health practitioner.

You do not need a prescription to order from CreditForCaring.  Your healthcare provider offers you important guidance on what equipment and supplies are recommended, especially for customized devices like wheelchairs.  You can read more on the requirements for ‘medically necessary’ equipment under Medicare Part B in our Resource section.

Many of the products are used each and every day but not considered to be ‘medically necessary’ under Medicare and other insurance companies.  You pay for all of these items from your own pocket and often at higher retail prices.  In fact, you can use your Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts to pay for these items and reduce your costs.

It’s easy!  Our e-commerce platform lets you choose the product and quantity for each product then add that to your shopping cart located at the top right corner of your screen.  You can view your cart at any time during your shopping session.  Clicking the cart icon, it will take you to the cart screen where you can proceed to checkout, modify your order or click to continue shopping.  You will be prompted to set up your account including setting a username (email) and password for your account.

Please enter your zip code for shipping charges and add any promotional code you may have.  You “Proceed to Check Out” by clicking the button on the bottom right.  The next screen requires billing and shipping data and then your credit card information to complete the order.

Return Policy

Carefully inspect your order packaging before opening. Unfortunately we cannot accept open or partially use products due to health restrictions and laws. CreditForCaring shall initiate all appropriate paperwork on all returned items regardless of the reason for the product return. CreditForCaring will provide credit for any product returned due to shipping errors, product defects and product recalls.  CreditForCaring will issue full credit provided that the product is returned within thirty (30) days and consumer incurs the return shipping costs.  To receive full product credit (minus freight charges) for returns on orders shipped directly to the patient’s home, the package must be unopened and the return must be processed within thirty (30) days.  Consumer or the patient will incur the shipping cost.  The following restocking schedule would be in effect for returns due to reasons that are clearly the responsibility of the consumer.

CreditForCaring will provide credit for any product returned due to shipping errors, product defects and product recalls.  For any returns due to ordering errors or other reasons that are clearly the responsibilities of consumer: CreditForCaring will issue credit less freight and appropriate restocking fees (see below)   provided that the product is returned within thirty (30) days.   For returns on orders shipped directly to the patient’s home, the package must be unopened and the return must be processed within thirty (30) days.  Consumer or the patient will incur the shipping cost and the appropriate restocking fee.  The following restocking schedule applies to all applicable returns that are deemed the responsibility of the consumer.

Medline Industries warehouses across the country.  Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.  CreditForCaring will notify you if an order is projected to take longer than two days to arrive.
